Together with Anne, Evy and Rino I would like to thank everyone for everything they have done to make this sad day beautiful and unforgettable. Thank you everyone for joining us, at the farm, at school or online. Sandra gave us another wink from behind the rainbow / somewhere over the rainbow, as seen above our house tonight.
During lunch Jörgen van de Velde took some pictures. Watch them here..
Unfortunately, the connection faltered during the ceremony. The stream can still be watched all week via the button.
When your back’s against the wall
Just turn around and you will see
I’ll be there to catch your fall
So have a little faith in me

It hurts when you have to let go
what you want to hold.
You have given us so much.
All the love you had in you.
We’ll take that with us.
We love you, forever.

Farewell to Sandra
On Monday 27 September we say goodbye to Sandra. After the farewell meeting, Sandra will be buried in the cemetery in Bedum.
Closed circle
Unfortunately, we cannot invite everyone to be present at the farewell. The ceremony can be followed via the livestream from 11.30 am.This link will remain open so you can also look back.
What to do?
We invite you to contribute to Sandra’s farewell in your own way. This can be done in many ways. Here we present some possibilities.
Condolence Register
For example, by sharing a beautiful memory, anecdote or photo that you have with the family. It might help to think about: Where do you know Sandra from? What have you been through with her? What do you think is typical Sandra? Or, what will you always remember? Let your heart speak. Together you have a wealth of memories that will be a lasting source of comfort to Cor and the children.
Post
Of course you can also write a card or letter if that suits you better.
Address: Noordwolderweg 105, 9781 AG Bedum.
Happy stones
If you want, you can make your own unique ‘happy stone’ and bring it with you to the farewell meeting, bring this stone to their house on the day of the funeral,or bring it to her grave in the coming period.
